Dr. Barbara Fluder joined Georgia-Florida Eye Centers in October 2019. Dr. Fluder graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science in 1989 (New York). She then went on to graduate with honors from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1993. She has been practicing for 26 years and was a clinical examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO). She has numerous publications and is on the editorial advisory panel for Optometry Times magazine.
In addition to being a member of the American Optometric Association, Dr. Fluder is also a member of Delta Theta Tau, a national philanthropic organization. She is married with 2 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and biking.
