About Dr. Croyle
Dr. Croyle has practiced in South Georgia since 1991 and lives in Moultrie with his wife Tammy. Raised in Ohio, he has degrees from The Ohio State University and the Medical University of Ohio. He interned at the University of Florida, spent three years as an Air Force physician/flight surgeon, practiced two years as an ER physician, and then completed an ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest University Eye Center. He spent time on the Wake Forest faculty where he remains a Clinical Associate Professor. He practices comprehensive ophthalmology and looks forward to a life of contined learning and teaching.
